Senior HR Mentoring &
Development Program Application

The SHRM Chapter of greater Syracuse is pleased to sponsor its first Senior HR Mentoring and Development Program. In order to apply for this program, we invite you to complete the fields below. This questionnaire should take about an hour to complete and will ask you for information on your education, experience in the field of Human Resources and your career aspirations. This information will be reviewed by the SHRM committee members in order to select a small group of participants and match those individuals for mentoring and related activities. Selected individuals will be notified by January 30, 2015. Thank you for your interest in SHRM and the mentoring program.
