Roland Travel Plaza/Physical Infrastructure

Project Scope

This SOW covers the following components and task for project CNB Roland Travel Plaza. For all of the requirements for the contractor please refer to Physical Infrastructure Contractor Requirement document CNB: PICR01, and for labeling refer to Physical Infrastructure Labeling Scheme document CNB: PILS01, and for Physical Infrastructure Standards refer to document CNB: PISC01.

Refer to the Data, System, and Surveillance Plan drawing with where the drops and equipment are to be installed. Below are drop counts for symbols on drawing.

Qualified Bidder must include:

·  Job history of previous structured cabling installation.

·  Cost of Material with part # and Labor are to be broke out on the bid.

·  Cost of Material and Labor for additional drops on the bid.

3)  Miscellaneous – Contractor will provide all miscellaneous components as to complete the install. This includes, but not limited to, cables, connectors, j-hooks, brackets, wall plate/surface box, labels, hardware, tie wraps, fire stop, etc. Conduit has been run for games that are against wall for cable install. All other games will have a power pole that will extend from the ceiling to games base for cable install. This is a TURN KEY install.

Tasks:

1.

·  Rack – Contractor will install Panduit R2P racks with the Panduit Angled 48 Port Patch Panel, Horizontal Management, Vertical Management, and Rack Top Tray along with the contractor preference ladder rack as indicated on the “Contractor Provided” under the Component section above and as noted on the drawings.

·  Fiber Pull – Contractor will install, terminate, test, and certify all Panduit 24 strand OM4 Fiber cabling needed to complete the project and provide the test/certification report on a PDF file. This pull will be in conduit (already in place) from the Roland Casino MDF to the new IDF in Roland Travel Plaza. The fiber will be terminated with Panduit LC connector. Panduit LC Adapters will be installed in existing fiber box at Roland Casino MDF and a new fiber box in Roland Travel Plaza IDF. These pulls as noted on the drawing and “Contractor Provided” under Components section. Provide the test/certification report on a PDF file as noted in document CNB: PICR01.

·  CAT6 Pulls –Contractor will install, terminate, test, and certify all Panduit Cat 6 PUP6004BU blue cabling needed to complete the project and provide the test/certification report on a PDF file. Game Banks, Data, NRT, and Telephone will have Panduit Blue Jacks as noted under Component section Contractor Provided. TV drops will have Panduit Yellow Jacks as noted under Component section Contractor Provided. These pulls are from the New IDF for Data, NRT, Game Banks, TV, and Telephone as noted on the drawing and “Contractor Provided” under Components section. Provide the test/certification report on a PDF file as noted in document CNB: PICR01.

4.

·  CAT6 Pulls - Contractor will install, terminate, test, and certify all Panduit Cat 6 PUP6004BL black cabling needed to complete the project and provide the test/certification report on a PDF file. Wireless Access Point drops will have Panduit Orange Jacks as noted under Component section Contractor Provided. Surveillance/Camera drops will have Panduit Black Jacks as noted under Component section Contractor Provided. These pulls are from the New IDF for Surveillance/Camera and AP’s as noted on the drawing and “Contractor Provided” under Components section. Provide the test/certification report on a PDF file as noted in document CNB: PICR01.

5.

·  RG6 Pulls – Contractor will install, terminate, test, and certify all Belden 1189A cabling needed for TV’s and will be ran out of New IDF from existing Cox tap and terminated with RG 6, F Compression Connector. Note: TV lines must be connected to TV source and signal strength must be tested. If required, TV signal amplifier must be installed. Provide the test/certification report on a PDF file as noted in document CNB: PICR01. These pulls are per drawing and “Contractor Provided” under Components section.

6.

·  Access Control Pull – Contractor will pull from New IDF Access Control cable for each door per drawing marked as DAC. These pulls are per drawing and “Contractor Provided” under Components section.

7.

·  Wireless Access Point – Install the WAP at the location designated on the drawings with AP. As noted under Component section CNB Provided.

8.

·  As-Built - Update drawing as required in the CNB: PICR01 document provided.
