ESSENTIAL CRITERIA / DESIRABLE CRITERIA
1. Circumstances /
- To be flexible as the role may involve working at various locations.
- Possess a full current driving licence and access to a car. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a driver’s licence.
2. Qualifications /
- Third level qualification(or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
3. Experience /
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Operations Role or a Clinical Administrative Role where relationship building was a critical success factor.
- Demonstrable experience of planning and managing financial budgets to support the delivery of services to an agreed budget.
- Demonstrable experience and working knowledge of standard and bespoke IT systems as well as Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective self-management skills and the proven ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate people and influence key decision makers.
- Previous experience of working within the area of mental health and / or EAP environment
- Working knowledge of ISO9000or other similar quality standards.
