What was the most valuable aspect of the presentation/laboratory experience?The most valuable aspect of the presentation/laboratory was learning of the vast opportunities that exist in studying plants. We always think of the mouse as a comparison to the human body but yesterday’s lecture showed how plants (weeds?) could be used to further genetic studies along with increasing food and plant based material production.
What was the least valuable aspect of the presentation/laboratory experience?
N/A. I thought the lecture and activities were very useful in developing understanding GMO’s.
What, if any improvements could be made for future similar presentations/lab experiences?
I cannot think of any improvements for this lecture/laboratory. Excellent activity.
