RESEARCH EXPERIENCES

  • Obtained training on basic molecular techniques in International Centre for Dairrhoeal Disease Research Bangladesh (ICDDR,B).
  • Have the expertise in the following microbiological and molecular biology techniques:

isolation and identification of bacterial enteric pathogens, DNA, RNA and Protein purification, cloning, Southern blot hybridization, PCR, DNA microarray, ELISA, Western blot, PFGE, basic microscopy and other basic molecular techniques.

  • Bioinformatics knowledge includes DNA sequencing and analysis using Artemis, Chromas, BioEdit, ClustalX, GeneDoc, MEGA etc.
  • Have the ability to plan and conduct laboratory research independently or as part of a team.Able to analyze laboratory data, write research articles and communicate independently.
  • I also have the ability to write research proposals independently. Conducted freshman introductory seminar and training on infectious diseases research for junior research staff. Have also experiences in supervising junior research staff
