Gloucestershire Under 16 Open Championship 2016
BJA LEVEL THREE EVENT
DATE: Saturday 19th November 2016
VENUE: Newent Leisure Centre, Watery Lane, Newent, Gloucestershire, GL18 1PX
ELIGIBILITY:
All competitors must hold a current BJA licence or licence of an association affiliated to the BJA and produce it on the day of the event; all players must be 8 and over, and below 16 on the day of the championship. This event is limited to 120 competitors, so please book early.
WEIGHT CATEGORIES:
Group A: 8 Years – under 12 years: (contests will have under 12 technical restrictions)
Girls: -25kg, -28kg, -32kg, -36kg, -40kg, -44kg, -48g, +48kg
Boys: -27kg, -30kg, -34kg, -38kg, -42kg, -46kg, -50kg, +50kg
Group B: 12 years – under 16 years:
Girls: -32kg, -36kg, -40kg, -44kg, -48kg, -52kg, -57kg, -63kg, +63kg
Boys: -34kg, -38kg, -42kg, -46kg, -50kg, -55kg, -60kg, -66kg, +66kg
The organisers reserve the right to combine weight categories in the light of entries received.
WEIGH-IN: Group A: 8.45 - 9.15am.
Group B: 11.00 - 11.30am.

RULES:BJA rules will be strictly adhered to throughout the tournament. Contests in Group A will have to follow the under 12 technical restrictions.
NOTES: Method of competition will be pools, knockout and repêchage. Please bring your own blue and white belts. Competitors must report any medical condition to first aid before competing. Telephone entries will not be accepted.
