Answer#2 / No. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, as administrator for the County’s self-funded health plan, provides these services. Vendors responding to the RFP #1460-EAP are to enter “Not Applicable” for the following questions on the Submission Form:
Page 7, Question 3: Describe Managed Mental Health and Substance Abuse Program Experience.
Page 9, Question 7(l.): Describe how EAP would interface with BCBSTX current mental health & substance abuse benefits.
