common factor-
A factor of each of two or more
counting numbers. For example, 4 is a common factor of 8 and 12.
greatest common factor-
The largest factor that two or more counting numbers have in common.
For example, the common factors of 24 and 36 are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12, and their greatest common factor is 12.
least common multiple-
The smallest number that is a multiple of two or more given numbers.
For example, common multiples of 6 and 8 include 24, 48, and 72. The least common multiple of 6 and 8 is 24.
Science:
atom- the smallest unit of a chemical element, made up of
protons, neutrons, and electrons
biofuel- any fuel that comes directly from organic matter found
in present-day living things
solar energy- the energy of the Sun, which can be used as a power source
wind energy- the energy of moving air, which can be used as a power source
It is your responsibility to be prepared for your spelling and vocabulary test.
