The January meeting of the Delaware State Clearinghouse Committee (DSCC) was called to order on February 1, 2007 by Senator Nancy W. Cook at 9:00 AM.

A MOTION was made by Russell Larson, seconded by Representative Stone, to approve this project. The Motion passed unanimously. The state shall be under no obligation to fund the 1.0 new FTE position if federal funding is no longer available.
