COMES NOW the Navajo Nation through the Office of the District Prosecutor and moves the Honorable Court with a Motion to Dismiss the above docketed matter, stating:

1.That thecourt has continuing personal and subject matter jurisdiction; and

3.The criminal complaint is defective; and
