RATE INFORMATION
Effective January 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018
Rates are for up to 2 persons; additional charges for extra persons, $4.00 per day for daily/weekly guests (up to 4 maximum please and for short visits only).
Nightly Rate: $48.00+ $5.89 =$53.89
Weekly Rate: $290.00+ $35.58=$325.58
Monthly Rate $687.50+ $34.38 = $721.88(30 day month)
All Monthly and Longer Term Rates below are “plus electric”. All rates require payment of appropriate taxes. The rental period of a month is defined as 30 days.
All rates must be paid in full upon arrival.
3 Months: $1,924.00+ $33.67 = $1,957.67
4 Months: $2,564.00 +$44.87 = $2,608.87
5 Months: $3,206.00+ $56.11 = $3,262.11
6 Months: $3,605.00 +$63.09 = $3,668.09
Annual: $4,807.00 +$84.12 = $4,891.12
$25 deposit is required for daily/weekly reservations
$200 deposit is required for monthly reservations
Reservation deposits will be applied to incoming rent
Rental fees charged are based upon the rental period not when fees are paid. If you depart earlier than your reservation departure date – there is no refund.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for daily/weekly reservations are charged $25
Cancellations of monthly or longer reservations are charged $50; cancellations for monthly or longer rentals will forfeit the entire deposit after 60 days prior to arrival.
All RV’s should be 15 years or newer. Sites are designed for rigs up to 42 feet!
Slide-outs – No Problem!
At least one guest must be 55 or older. Other guests must be at least 21.
One vehicle per site recommended; please advise management if you have an additional vehicle, tow trailer, motorcycle or car hauler to see if we can accommodate. No charge for a limit of two friendly, quiet, well attended, small to medium sized pets. All sites have 50 amp electric service, water and sewer. 30 amps available with the use of an adapter.
Cable TVAND INTERNET at your site is an additional cost and needsto be pre-arranged. If you would like to install with Cox Communications --please call Isaac Kakoo with Cox at 480-341-9671 or 623-594-1000, Or you may install Dish (800-333-3474) or Direct TV(888-679-8671). Wi-Fi service is available for free in our clubhouse.
