LHS Baseball Announcement
Fighting Farmer baseball team will be taking on the Allen Eagles in Round 1. Game 1 will be tonight at Allen 7:30. Game 2 will be Saturday at LHS at noon. Game 3, if needed, will be 30 minutes after game 2. Please come out and support this great group of kids!
FarmerFest Announcement
It gives us great pleasure to announce that LHS Killough will be hosting FarmerFest on May 19th. This will be a day that we will celebrate the accomplishments and successes of our wonderful student body. FarmerFest will begin after both lunches on May 19th. This will be an exciting afternoon filled with games, concessions, a kickball game, and several exciting opportunities for everyone to get involved. Students will have an opportunity to sign up (via Google Doc) for the many events that we will be hosting from Wednesday May 8-Wednesday May 17th. A description of each activity will be attached to its corresponding sign-up sheet. We are excited and eager to sign up as many students as we can for each of the events.

Calling all dog lovers… If you find yourself taking finals at Rice University in Houston, stop by the puppy room to see some cute dogs and de-stress before the big test! Rice University isn’t the only college campus to offer puppy rooms as a way for students to relieve stress. Many college campuses offer little things like this as a way for their students to have an enjoyable college experience.
School Lunch Hero Appreciation Announcement
Today we celebrate the5thAnnual School Lunch Hero Day!School Lunch Hero Day is a chance to recognize the different school nutrition professionals who make lunches for every child who comes through our cafeteria. Thanks to each of you for your hard work! Students, please make sure to thank them when you pick up your lunch.
