· Social Media Policy and Procedures
o Mr. Bethune reviewed the draft policy.
o Add #6 – Other Social Media formats or initiatives as approved by Council.
o Take presentation to Council in February, for approval.
· Technology Planning
Mr. Simpson reviewed plans for the future.

· Website Survey
o Mr. Bethune reviewed the draft for the Police Department Survey. We will be able to download the results to Excel automatically.
o Take to Council for approval in February.
o Once approved advertise by reader board, website, utility bills
· Online Payment Report
o Mr. Bethune reported the percentage of users is approximately 15%, growing slowly.
· Bios & Photos
o Mr. Gunther reported there are two councilmember bios on the website.
o Encourage councilmembers to provide photo and bio.
· Land Use Planning
o Report on GFC’s - none
o Engfer/Gratzer
§ Mr. Bethune stated the zoning is MUTC – Mixed Use Town Center
§ Forterra has expressed interest in buying 25 acres for agricultural use as a co-op or food processing plant.
o Could require change in zoning.
