The scores of 75% or higher indicate the mastery level of the class and not individual students. Scores of 50% or higher indicate partial mastery by class not individual students. These scores compared to the state Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) of 45% in Reading and 35% in Math are very encouraging with regards to student growth, since these tests are closely aligned to the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA) Tests.
