Annex 1
Survey on personal and organizational values congruence
Dear Respondent,
There is no doubt, that each one of us has a value system, which supports our everyday decisions. Also the organizations that we work in base their daily activities on a certain value system that they use. However, a question of how much do our personal values coincide with the prevailing/existing values that of an organization arises. Therefore, a survey is conducted to help compare and contrast your personal values and the values of an organization, which you work in, to find out which of the values correspond and which values have the largest gaps.
Your opinion is very important for this research, therefore we ask you to spend a fraction of your valuable time filling out this questionnaire.
The questionnaire consists of 5 parts:
1. Your subjective opinion on the congruence between your values and the values of the organization that you work in.
2. Assessment of your personal values.
3. Assessment of the values within your organization.
4. Your subjective view of the climate, attitude towards work and the practice of the organization.
5. Information about you.
Please be assured that this survey is confidential and your answers will be used only for research purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties. Please send any questions and observations via e-mail
Sincerely,
Evelina Gulbovaitė
