2015CHAPTER REWARDS PROGRAM
Overview:
The Chapter Rewards Programis a voluntary program that rewards ICC’s most active chapters by allowing them to earn points for activities accomplished during the previous year.This program does not replace any of the benefits listed in the ICC Chapter Policy (CP #10-04). Those benefits will continue to automatically accrue to all chapters that submit an Annual Report each calendar year.
Program Period:
Each application process spans a 3 year cycle as follows:
- Activities Completed: report on qualifying activities completed by your chapter from January 1 throughDecember 31,2014.
- Application Submitted: this application is due by December 1, 2015.
- Redemption: certificates can be redeemed January 1 throughDecember 31, 2016.
Application Instructions:
Step 1:Give us your contact information in Section 1 below.
Step 2:Complete Section 2 to determine how many points you have earned.
Step 3:Tell us how you want to spend your points in Section 3.Please be sure to indicate how you want to spend your points at the same time you claim the points that you have earned.
Step 4:Mail the completed application to the address listed in Section 4. Once your application is verified, you will receive a certificate for each reward requested.
Step 5:Follow the instructions on your certificate to redeem your reward from the appropriate ICC department.
Terms & Conditions:
In order to be eligible to participate in this program, chapters must have a current Chapter Annual Report on file.
Points and certificates are only good during the 12-month Redemption period. Unused certificates and/or points will automatically expire at the end of the year.
All rewards are subject to availability.
No exchanges or returns are permitted.
There is no cash/credit back on Credit Certificates.
We reserve the right to modify the program guidelines as needed and without prior notification.
