Good Times in Goodrich!!

August 27th & 28th, 2011

We’re excited to announce that the Goodrich/Atlas Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring the 6th Annual “Good Times in Goodrich” Festival to be held in the Goodrich Commons and downtown on Saturday August 27th, 2011 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm as well as the “Restaurant Rendezvous” in the Goodrich Commons on Sunday August 28th, 2010 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm.

This event is growing! Every year we have increased our gate. In past years this event has attracted people from Goodrich, Davison, Ortonville, Grand Blanc and the surrounding areas. This year we are anticipating that the festival will bring thousands of people to the Downtown Goodrich area. We have incorporated many suggestions from past events to make this year’s event even better! We hope you will join us.

The deadline for vendor registration is Friday, August 19, 2011

or when all spaces are filled - whichever comes first.

Booth cost is $45 per 10’ x 10’ section.

Cost is $55 after the registration deadline, if space is still available.

Vendor set-up is from 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. Vendors turn onto Erie from M-15 to drop off merchandise and tables. Vehicle will exit the park and parking is available at Reid Elementary School.

No vendor tear-downs are allowed before 5:00 p.m. NO PARKED VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK. All booth assignments are at the discretion of the event staff. Self-supporting and pop-up tents are acceptable. Vendors requesting electricity must supply their own generator, extension cords and duct tape. Requests for specific sites, multiple booths, must be noted on this form at time of registration.

I, the undersigned vendor or undersigned agent of the vendor, understand that Goodrich/Atlas Chamber of Commerce may not be held liable for any injuries or losses sustained by the vendor or vendor personnel during this event, nor during the commission of activities related to this event. This includes but is not limited to the following: pre-event set-up, post-event tear-down, the event itself, and any weather related losses, injuries and mishaps. The signing of this registration form shall be considered a waiver of claim for any such injury or loss. I understand that attendance at this event is at my own risk, that rain does NOT cancel this event, that there is no makeup date for this event, and that vendor registration fees are nonrefundable regardless of weather conditions or any other circumstances.
