Example: $ 120,000.00 (Assessment) X .01424308 (Residential Total) = $ 1,709.17

Note: a one and one quarter percent (1.25%) late penalty will be added to all unpaid tax installments on the first day of default and on the first day of each calendar month thereafter in which default continues, until the end of the year 2008.

2007 Financial Statements

The audited Financial Statements and the notes to the Financial Statements, the Auditor’s Report and the Tax Rate information for the current and previous year as contained in the financial review for 2007 are available for any taxpayer or resident of the Municipality upon request by contacting the Municipal Office.

Address Changes

Taxpayers must notify the municipal office as well as MPAC (Municipal Property Assessment Corporation) of any changes to addresses. MPAC can be reached at 1-877-635-6722. This will ensure that you will receive your assessment notices and tax bills at the correct address.
