NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following items will be considered by the Contra Costa Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) at its meeting on Wednesday, [Date] at 1:30 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, CA.
PROPOSED BOUNDARY/SPHERE OF INFLUENCE (SOI) CHANGES
LAFCO 08-18 – Delta Diablo Sanitation District SOI Amendment (Northeast Antioch): proposal to amend the District’s SOI to include 481+ acres bounded to the north by the San Joaquin River, to the east by Highway 160, and to the west and south by the City of Antioch
LAFCO 08-19 – SF BART Annexation to County Service Area (CSA) M-31: proposed annexation of 19+ acres generally located within the boundaries of Treat Blvd., Jones/ Coggins Road, Las Juntas Way and Oak Road in the unincorporated Walnut Creek area (APNs 148-221-015/034/035/036/038 and 148-250-071)

MUNICIPAL SERVICE REVIEWS (MSRs)/SOI UPDATES
Ø West County Water/Wastewater MSR/SOI Updates - The Commission will consider approval of the MSR Report/Determinations covering the following agencies: cities of Hercules, Pinole and Richmond, Crockett Community Services District (CSD), Rodeo Sanitary District, Stege Sanitary District, and West County Wastewater District.
The Commission will also consider approval of the SOI Updates for the Crockett CSD, Rodeo Sanitary District, Stege Sanitary District, and West County Wastewater District
Ø Green Valley Recreation & Park District MSR/SOI Update - The Commission will consider approval of the MSR Report/Determinations and SOI Update for the Green Valley Recreation & Park District
