RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
For participation in THE BIG DOG 4 X 4 Offroad Trailrides, the undersigned hereby agrees to release and hold harmless any owners, sponsors, trail guides, workers, and owners of both public and private land where a BIG DOG Trailride is held. This shall also include officers, directors, agents and employees of the BIG DOGS OFFROAD, LLC. The above shall also be released from any negligent act or omission and shall also include any loss damage or cost incurred due to participation in this event. The participant shall understand and assume full responsibility and risk for any property damage, injury or death while participating in this event. In signing this release, each participant hereby agrees to the following:
(A) That the owner/operator certifies that he/she has inspected this vehicle and that the vehicle is in good working order.
(B) That each participant has informed himself/herself about the event and the trails involved in the event.
(C) That he/she has read all the foregoing Releases and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.
(D) Participants acknowledge that trailriding is hazardous, dangerous, and unpredictable.
THE WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL PARTICIPANTS AT SIGN-IN.
For a child under 18 years of age, both parents, the parent with legal custody, or the minor's legal guardian must sign this release form and write the word "minor" and age next to the minor's name. I have read and understand the above and agree to abide by same.

Big Dog Trail Ride Selection and Difficulty Scale
Trail rides will be limited to 12 vehicles. The trail rides will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Trail rides will be signed up for at the event staging.
The following is a general listing of the various levels of trail difficulty that will be run at all events. On the registration form, choose a trail ride for each day.
The higher the number the harder the trail! The number system is more exact.
Trail rides 1 thru 3 are stock, beginners and new vehicles.
Trail rides 4, 5, 6 are intermediate.
Recommended equipment: 3-4” lift, 31”or larger aggressive tires, rear locker.
Trail rides 7, 8, 9
Mandatory Equipment: Winch, 33”or larger aggressive tires, front & rear locker.
Trail ride 10
Mandatory Equipment: Winch, 35”or larger aggressive tires, 2 lockers
Trail Ride 11
Mandatory Equipment:Winch, 35” or larger aggressive tires, 2 lockers. Expect Extensive
body and drive train damage. Easy access for spectators to view the action!
NOTE: No alcohol or firearms allowed on the trails!
Children must be supervised, hands held, on a leash or stay in the vehicle and kept away from moving vehicles or vehicles “attempting” to move!
