PROCEDURES FOR CONTACTING COACH LLOYD:

1.  There is a communication process that we as a staff will follow in terms of handling situations with our athletes. We feel that this will benefit the student athletes as individuals as well as the team as a whole. The process will be as follows:

a.  NO student is to ever text or call any coaches personal cell phone.

b.  Coaching staff will meet to evaluate the team and players.

c.  If an athlete has a concern during the season, they should personally meet with before having a parent contact Coach Lloyd. This policy has been determined by the BRHS Athletic Department.

d.  If an athlete has a concern about a decision that we make we would like for the athlete to verbalize that to the staff in a meeting. We feel that attempting to communicate with the coaching staff is a valuable lesson that the student athlete can learn.

e.  Parents- we believe that it is important to keep the lines of communication open with you at all times. We also believe that it is important for your daughter to be able communicate with us as well. It is important that she meets with us first before you contact us.

To develop a successful program (in school, in athletics, in work) you must make a commitment to that group. Let’s set our goals high and reach them together!

BORDENTOWN BASKETBALL … COMMITMENT!

The best way to improve our team is to improve our self!!!

I have read the team guidelines and understand them. I will abide by the guidelines as an

athlete of BRHS.
