The rules and regulations contained in this booklet have been created in an effort to protect not only the Residents’ Club facility, but also the health and safety of all homeowners and guests.

Please remember that these rules and regulations govern all homeowners, families, tenants and guests. These rules and regulations supplement but do not supersede the Coastal Oaks at Nocatee Homeowners Association Governing Documents or Florida Statute 720 andaresubject to revision and amendment at any time.

RULES AND INFO FOR THERESIDENTS’ CLUB AMENITIES

HOURS OF OPERATION

MainBuilding Hours:8:00am-8:00 pm- access permitted with key fob

Access to Fitness Center:Daily 4 am to 11 pm

Key fob required for access. Contact HOA Management Company to obtain key fobs.

Access to the Social Room:Reservation basis only. Contact FirstService Residentialto reserve this room. All Residents’ Club rules apply.

Pool Hours:8:00 am -Dusk Daily, Closed on Mondays for cleaning

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Please do not attempt entry into the Residents’ Club before or after the times posted. Key fobs will be inactive during these hours.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult resident or guest over the age of 21 at the Residents’ Club.
  • No pets are allowed within the Residents’ Club buildings, pools or pool deck area.
  • Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn in the Residents’ Club at all times. Wet bathing suits, wet towels or bare feet are not permitted except in the locker room.
  • There is no smoking or use of tobacco products anywhere within the Residents’ Club property.
  • Please park bicycles, etc. at the bike rack located by the walk path and drop off area.

POOL RULES

(Residents and guests must also adhere to any and all rules posted at the pool facility)

  • The Residents’ Club pools and pool deck area are open from 8 am until dusk (per the State of Florida Department of Health).
  • There is no life guard on duty at anytime. Swim at your own risk.
  • Children must be fully potty trained or must be wearing swimmer pull-ups. Absolutely no diapers are allowed in the pool.
  • No pets in pool area or on pool deck.
  • Rubber rafts & noodles are to be used with discretion. They will not be allowed if the pool is crowded or they are impeding the use of the pool. Balls and blow-up items, with the exception of water wings/floaties, are not permitted in the pool.
  • Do not place deck chairs in pool or spa.
  • Children under the age of 16must be supervised by an adult resident or guest over the age of 21.
  • Proper swimming attire is requested when using the pool.
  • No running, jumping, diving or rough horseplay in pool/spa or on pool deck.
  • No food or drink in poolor deck area.
  • No glass containers are permitted in pool area or on the pool deck. No alcoholic beverages are allowed at any time.

  • Tables and chairs cannot be reserved. Please return all furniture to their original location when you depart the pool deck.
  • No smoking/use of tobacco products in the pool/spa or pool deck area.
  • Please be sure all trash is disposed of appropriately.

FITNESSCENTER

  • No one under the age of 16 is permitted to enter the fitness room and to use the fitness equipment. Proper workout attire and athletic shoes are required when using any part of the fitness center. Bare feet and flip flop-type or other non-protective footwear are not permitted.
  • Please do not enter the fitness room in a wet bathing suit.
  • Machines/benches must be wiped down after use.
  • Free weights, exercise balls, bands, etc., cannot be removed from the Residents’ Club.
  • Proper decorum must be maintained at all times. Foul language will not be tolerated.
  • Guests limited to four (4) per unit at a time.
  • If someone is waiting for cardio equipment, use of the equipment is limited to 30 minutes.
  • Please treat the equipment with respect and proper care. This includes not dropping the free-weights or letting go of machine arms, causing the weight stack to drop.
  • If doing multiple sets when someone is waiting, please allow that person to work in with you.
  • If working with a personal trainer, the trainer must register with Sterling Management and provide a copy of current certification & insurance coverage.
  • Food and glass containers are not permitted in the fitness center.
  • All equipment needs to be returned to its proper place. This includes returning weights to the racks.
  • Exercise at your own risk.

SOCIAL ROOM

  • A meeting or special event reservation* for the Social Room must be made a minimum of seven days in advance.
  • A $250 security deposit is required. If the room is not thoroughly, this deposit will be forfeited for cleaning. Any damage above and beyond this security deposit will be the responsibility of the person holding the function.
  • A $100 rental fee is required if the function is for business purposes and is considered “for profit.”
  • Reserved meetings and/or events will be posted.
  • Private function reservations for the Social Room will take precedence over use of the Residents’ Club Social wing during the reserved date and timeframe.
  • Food and beverages are allowed in the Social Room for reserved meetings or special events only; with the resident responsible for set up and clean up.
