Salary

For this position there will be an OTE £35,000 - 40,000 pro rata (based on a 5 day week), plus scope for incentive compensation. The salary will be paid directly via BACS transfer into a personal account on the last working day of the month.

Holiday

Annual leave entitlement will be 25 days per annum pro rata (based on a 5 day week).

Probationary period

This position is subject to a probationary period of 3 months, as outlined in the Statement of Terms of Employment. During this time employees will receive the necessary induction training and assistance to help them do the job for which they are employed. During this important period the appropriate manager will regularly review performance. Employees will be advised of progress and will be encouraged to discuss any problems or doubts with their Manager. A decision to terminate employment during or at the end of the probationary period will only be taken in the unlikely event that there has not been a satisfactory and / or sustained improvement in the standard of performance to the required levels despite discussions with the employee’s manager. The Foundation reserves the right to waive or extend the probationary period where appropriate.
