REPORTS TO: Administration Department Manager

FUNCTION:Oversees smooth running and maintenance of camp and accommodation facilities and ensures compliance with Company Policy and Procedures and respective local regulations.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Ensures availability of accommodation as per the instructions of the Administration Department Manager.

•Running and supervision of Camp accommodation facilities.

•Maintenance, running and supervision of rented accommodation.

•Supervision of messes rooms, kitchen,mess workers, gas and electricity supply.

•Time sheets of all accommodation employees.

•Sanitary, cleanliness inspections of camp premises at regular intervals.

•Purchasing requisition of camp supplies, detergents, gas etc, for both camp and family accommodation.

•Maintenance work required at camp and rented accommodation.

•Water supply.

•Sewage disposal.

•Garbage disposal.

•Safety and fire-fighting of camp premises and emergency drills.

•Handing over, obtaining signatures on service agreements, passport renewals and new passport forms, residence visa and medical forms,serving warning letters.

•Daily checks for camp occupants during daytime andreporting to Chief Administration Department Manager.

•Readiness of camp and family accommodation for occupancy in case of arrivals.

• Maintaining, keeping and updating/keeping various records for L.P.Os, Arrivals, Departures, daily checks of employees in camp, maintenance records, materials issue forms etc.

•Issue of materials to messes and employees.

•Responsible for coordinating with Medical nurse in relation to treatment of sick employees and the administration of the quarantine facility as required.

•Liaising with the appointed HSE Officer in relation to HSE issues that may be raised during HSE inspections.

•Maintaining records of HSE Committee meetings

•Any other matters delegated by the Administration Department Manager.
