JOB RESPONSIBILITY
· Management of the Engg standards & equipments for the site operations. Use of CMMS to monitor the performance of Key equipments.
· Boundary management with statutory, quasi-statutory and other relevant bodies.
· Management & implementation of Projects at site with full compliance to the Engg standards and recommendations.
· To carry out Risk Assessment of any activity, chemical or any project.
· Validate the permit issuance
· Ensure support in Production, Innovation deployment, Process improvement and HSE&S
· Carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical equipment at plant.
· Drive Engineering standards across the manufacturing unit at Mohali.
· Incidents and complaints are recorded, reported and investigated as per the Group requirements
· Ensure monitoring systems are defined and HSE&S reporting is done in line with Audit Programs
· Define the Communication Channels on HSE&S Issues. Drive Management of Change Process and updation of Plant Dossier
· To validate any modification in the plant or new project from Safety point of view by using Management of Change procedure.
· Arrange to identify, satisfy and validate the Training Needs
· Drive the STOP & CORRECT PROCESSES and ensure that Company's activities do not compromise the safety and health of contractors

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
· Major overhauling of rotary equipments - Gas turbine, Compressors, Centrifugal pumps, etc.
· Perform the erection/ pre commissioning/ commissioning and startup of Turbines, Pumps and Compressors.
· Plan for shut down schedule for Gas turbine, spares assessment, manpower assessment.
· Perform the inspection of Auxiliaries like gear and coupling, starting system, fuel gas system, cooling and sealing air system, control oil system, lube oil system, hydraulic oil system etc.
· Lead the replacement of Dry Gas Seal for Process Gas Centrifugal Compressors.
· Performed Boroscope inspection,CI, HGPI and major inspection of gas turbine units which involves Rotor disassembly and assembly, bearing inspection, Alignment (laser and dial indicator both), IGV installation & calibration, NDT, 2nd stage nozzle installation & calibration.
· NDT of various components of machine.
· Monitoring of vibration level of Equipment, Checking alignments and bearing condition of equipment.
· Ensure safety of the Team, Asset and surrounding environment.
· Plan and execute the maintenance activities in safe manner with cooperation and coordination from different disciplines maintaining the HSE requirements.
· As a Material Manager, review and recommend Spares for Rotating Equipment’s.
· Identifying & raising material requirements, PR creation, response to RFQ & follow up, technical support for PO creation, acceptance of goods received, issuance of material as per plant material requirement & preparation of material consumption reports.

· LNG Plant Installation project, Angola LNG, Angola. Also act as Material Procurement coordinator.
· Major overhauling of GE Fr5-1 (29 MW) Power generation unit at TOTAL OIL E&P offshore platform, ANGOLA (Unit 3)
· Major Overhauling of GE10/2 at Reliance.
· Major inspection of GE’s MS5001P (29 MW) Power generation unit at TOTAL OIL E&P offshore platform, ANGOLA (Unit 1)
· Performed Minor Overhauling of Barrel type Centrifugal Compressor which includes Dry Gas seal replacement (Exxon Mobil Offshore Platforms) Kizomba A, Kizomba B FPSO
· Performed Level 1, 2, 3 inspections of Aeroderivative Gas Turbines at Exxon Mobil Offshore Platforms Kizomba A, Kizomba B FPSO
