Description : SPG is a secure Web and B2B application that allows two Service providers to place orders on the gateway and to manage the Order handling for engineering visits, billing and fault handling.

Role : Environment Support

Responsibilities :

ü  Taken responsibility for maintaining 18 SPG Environment.

ü  Maintaining all the 18 Environment in sync by rolling out the latest code changes .

ü  Post deployment support after successful Live.

ü  Implementation of checker scripts after successful DBCR changes.

ü  Maintaining SPG webpages by updating with latest changes.

PROJECT THESIS

Project Title / Failure Analysis of a Sheet Metal Component
Customer / ROOTS Auto Products Private Limited, Coimbatore
Description / As a partial fulfillment for the award of degree in B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, this project proposed a new way for reducing the defects formed during sheet metal forming process. We used Hypermesh, Hyperform, LSdyna software to analyse the effects in sheet metal during its forming process. As a result of the analysis, we provided the solution to reduce the defects and increase their productivity. The company adopted our new proposed ideas and found that the idea drastically reduced the damages, defects caused during their horn production, thus taking the business to a new horizon.
