SWALLOWING: If victim is conscious and able to swallow, have victim drink water or milk to dilute. Never give anything by mouth if victim is unconscious or having convulsions. FOR LARGE SPILLS: Shut off all sources of ignition. Evacuate area. Wear self contained breathing apparatus, rubber boots and gloves. Keep adequate ventilation. Neutralize spill with sodium carbonate and dilute caustic. Cover with an activated carbon absorbent; take up and place in closed container. Transport outdoors. Ventilate area. Flush area with water to remove residues.

FOR SMALL SPILLS: Pick up with flame retardant treated absorbent and dispose of according to all applicable regulations.
