Corporate Relations Coordinator (Mentoring Pilot)

Salary: £27 - £30,000 pro rata

Hours: 21 per week (flexible patterns available)

Duration: 6 month contract, possibility for extension depending on funding.

Role Purpose

  • To coordinate the delivery of a pilot mentoring programme within the Timewise Foundation. This will focus on working with existing corporate partners to connect employee volunteers with workless parents, to share their expertise and advice on finding work to fit with caring responsibilities

Responsibilities

Co-ordination of pilot

  • To work with the Programme Director to co-ordinate the delivery of a pilot mentoring programme with two corporate partners.
  • To lead on relationship management with corporate partners to market the pilot, identify potential volunteers, recruit and induct them into the pilot
  • To liaise with TWF’s team of advisors and coaches who will lead on identifying and recruiting suitable beneficiaries to the pilot
  • To co-ordinate pilot events held in corporate partners offices to bring together employee volunteers and beneficiaries
  • To oversee pilot delivery, including co-ordination of training and induction for volunteers from TWF’s associate coaches, maintaining quality assurance processes and overseeing relationship management with corporate partners
  • To oversee the evaluation of the pilot to include report drafting, production and dissemination
  • To work with the Programme Director and Director to develop a strategy for roll out

Employer Account Management

  • To develop CSR relationships with TWF’s existing corporate and public sector partners to engage them in participating in the roll out of a TWF mentoring programme
  • To support the Director in pursuing potential corporate sponsorship opportunities to maintain the programme.
  • To work closely with Timewise Recruitment and Timewise Jobs to maximise employer engagement opportunities across the business.

Co-ordination of Existing Services

  • To co-ordinate the existing online mentoring forum through TWF’s Women Like Us website, with support from WLU’s administrator

Key Performance Indicators

  • Successful delivery of pilot programme, measured by key milestones and targets specified by to key funder stakeholder

Key Experience, Skills and Behaviours

Experience

  • Experience of complex day to day administration, as well as experience of setting up the administrative systems to run a new project or service.
  • Experience of managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including corporate clients
  • Intermediate Excel, Word and database knowledge, as evidenced by using them extensively in previous roles
  • Experience of project management, monitoring and reporting
  • Ideally, experience of recruiting and managing volunteers
  • Ideally, knowledge of Salesforce or similar database
