BILLING PROCUDURES/RESIGNATIONS
(7) Statements will be mailed out prior to the first of the month. All dues, fees and charges are due by the tenth of the month and DELINQUENT if not received by the twentieth.
(8) Members whose payments have not been received by billing time will be charged a monthly finance fee against the unpaid balance of their account. This periodic charge is calculated at a monthly rate of 1 ½ % (which is an annual percentage rate of 18%). Members who are 30 days or more delinquent will have until the tenth of the month to pay the total balance shown on their statement. Delinquent members who have not cleared their accounts by the tenth will lose their Club privileges until the entire balance of their account is paid in full. Such delinquent members shall be informed of this action by mail. Should payment still not be received by the time of the next billing, the delinquent member’s club privileges shall automatically be suspended, and the account will be sent to Collections. Members who have had their memberships terminated due to delinquency will continue to have a monthly finance charge affixed to their account until payment in full is received.
(9) Members will be assessed a $20.00 fee for each non-sufficient fund returned check.
