Dr. Randolph served as the Chaplain for a 3 Campus Retirement Community, and as a pastor in Western Pennsylvania before arriving at Discipleship Ministries.

The vision of the Office on Aging and Older Adult Ministries is founded on the belief aging faithfully is a lifelong process of growing up into the role as Sages and Mentors which requires resources, training, and visioning, which is provided best by our faith communities.
