we have supplied gear unit for 30" Butterfly Valve at reliance, but gear box is not fitting with the existing valve due to mismatching of the Hole.

To 24” Butterfly valve supplied from MMN.
Preliminary Analysis & Interim Containment Action(s):
This customer complaint was not pertaining to VWS, hence requested the service engineer
To check and revert on the serial no. which they have explained to customer and closed this complaint.
