Dear AP Parents and Students,

AP exams are quickly approaching! The schedule and location of each exam is outlined below.

All students taking morning exams need to report to their exam location at 7:30 am. Testing will begin promptly at 8:00 am - late entries to AP exams are prohibited by CollegeBoard. Students taking a morning exam will be allowed to go to lunch after the exam and then are expected to report to 3rd and 4th blocks. Any student leaving school after their exam, must have a note from their parent and this absence will be noted as unexcused.

All students taking afternoon exams need to report to their exam location at 11:30. Late entries are prohibited by CollegeBoard. Students taking an afternoon exam will be allowed to eat lunch prior to the exams. These exams may run past the 3:00 pm dismissal; therefore, please arrange for appropriate transportation. Students taking an afternoon exam are expected to report to 1st and 2nd blocks.

**Students with approved College Board accommodations need to see Mrs. Whitecar for exam locations.**

Students should bring two sharpened No. 2 pencils (with erasers) and two pens with black or dark blue ink. Students who will be taking the AP statistics, biology, chemistry and calculus exams also should bring an approved (see student bulletin) calculator with extra batteries.
