Course Outline
The training will take the format of a mornings training involving face to face training on the key principles of the Licensing Act 2003, the Section 182 National Guidance, the inter-relationship of The Licensing Act 2003 and other legislation and the conduct of hearings including evidential burden and providing reasons. The afternoon session will take the format of a number of workshops in small groups, dealing with specific scenarios, followed by a mock hearing.
