Community Square Exhibitor Information

For the 2009 Seattle Green Festival, we will be providing a very limited number of local non-profit organizations the opportunity to exhibit at the Green Festival for a reduced rate of $150.

In order to qualify for this reduced rate your organizationmust meet the following criteria:

• non-profit, community-based, membership organization
• located locally
• currently working on local sustainability issues (green economy, ecological balance, social justice)
• in operation for at least 2 years
• no more than 5 employees
• must meet standard exhibitor criteria
• table must be staffed all day both days
• only organizations that are accepted may have materials available at the table

To apply, complete and return the Exhibit Application Form by January 15, 2009.

An Exhibit Application Form does not guarantee that you will be accepted to exhibit. If your organization is accepted, you will receive an Exhibit Acceptance Contract. You must send in your payment within 7 days of your acceptance to guarantee your space. If you do not send in your payment within 7 days, the space will be reassigned to another organization.

All organizations that are accepted to exhibit will be provided with one6-foot table (bring your own chairs). Due to limited space, you may not order additional tables or furnishings from the facility. Be aware that the internal space in this pavilion is quite large and you are invited to help co-create a networking lounge within the space. Tabling staff are asked to stand on the internal side of the tables and to contribute chairs, rugs and decorations to the collaborative networking lounge within.

Two organizations may apply jointlyand share a table. If you would like to share a table with a specific organization, both organizations must meet the criteria. If you would like to share a table but are not applying with another organization, we may be able to provide a match, so please indicate your interest on your Exhibit Application Form.

Non-profit Booths

Also available are 10 x 10 booth spaces in the non-profit area of the festival. If you do not qualify for the reduced rate table, or you prefer a bigger presence at the Seattle Green Festival, you are welcome to apply for a non-profit booth at the 20 % discount rate of $760. (30% discount, $665, by Dec 15th). As with the table space, two organizations may apply jointly and share a space, but both organizations must meet the following criteria:

• booth must be staffed all day both days
• only organizations that are accepted may have materials available in the booth
