Volunteer Application and Release

Being a volunteer is extremely rewarding, educational, exciting and fun.

Walking a dog, providing a clean environment, or even giving an animal a bath or pat on the head, can havea huge impact on the lives of all of our rescued babies. It is rewarding tosee how dogs and cats respond to the love they receive that they might not have ever experienced. In most cases our animals were strays or abused and this might be the first time they experienced compassion. The time and attention that our volunteers give to the animals is very important. We want to say THANK YOU for volunteering!!

All volunteers must attend a short orientation. The training will be aimed at keeping you and the animals safe from harm. All volunteers must fill out a Volunteer application.

All volunteers must sign the attached liability release. If you are under 18 years of age your parents must sign the attached liability release and you must be accompanied by an adult at all times during your volunteer hours.

All volunteers must pre-schedule their volunteer time with a Boarding for Rescues representative. All volunteers must sign in & out of the Volunteer Sign In/Out Log.
