Respite Care Families,

Attached is our Summer Schedule Request Calendar. By giving us your requests for the summer we will be able to have the best programming available for all the children at Respite Care. All Summer Schedule Request Calendars are due April 10, 2017. If you do not have bus information, please still fill out everything you can and return it to us by April 10, 2017. We can always add the bus information in later. Please note a specific starting time and ending time for your childcare request for each date that you will be needing care (ex. 7:00 am – 8:30 am, 3:45 pm – 7:00 pm). Please do not draw any lines, arrows, tick marks or other symbols as this adds confusion to the scheduling process and your child will not be scheduled.

This calendar is NOT a confirmation or guarantee of childcare. The calendar is your way to request the times you would like care for your child. You will receive a printed confirmation of the schedule in early May. Please check the confirmed dates carefully and compare with the dates you requested.

Extended School Year for Thompson School District:

Thompon’s ESY Program information has not yet been determined. If your child qualifies for ESY please keep this in mind while you request care for the summer.

If your child qualifies for ESY, please confirm the dates and location with your current teacher. Respite Care times before and after ESY should be reflected on the scheduling calendar.

Scheduling requests made after the calendar is submitted should be requested by email only to Kristie at:. Be sure to include ALL necessary information—date of drop off and date of pick up, exact drop off and pick up times, day of the week, overnights, etc. Any schedule change or cancellation that is within the same day or week must be called into Respite Care.
