On Thursday, September 25, 2014 Facilities requested the following changes to the current Work Order lookup to make it a printable version:

in the “Work Performed on this equipment in the past year” section, we would like to include the following fields displayed: Assigned to NAME, WO Description, Date and Status.

Had a face –to-face meeting on September 29, 2014 with a few additional clarifications.

The modification requirements are

Description of Change / Print Version / Screen Version / Notes
Ensure no browser specific headers or footers appear on ticket (e.g Page 1 of 2) / X
Ensure no lookup boxes or functional objects related to the screen version show on the print version (e.g. Lookup button) / X
Remove first block in upper left that contains building description, floor, room, requested by and scheduled by / X / X
Increase the font size of the WO# / X / X
Reduce the font size of the Work Order description (make same size as building name) / X / X
Only display CP# line if there is a CP # associated with this WO / X / X
Only display Equipment information if there is a piece of equipment associated with this WO / X / X

Do not show any cost information on the print version / X
If the Task List has HARD RETURNS for checklist type formatting, preserve the formatting on the print version / X

Work performed on this equipment in the past year, add assigned to with the full name of the employee / X / X
VERIFY – “Close Comments” is crossed off for the print version, but I suspect this still needs to be there to indicate the place to write Close Comments? / X
Add QR code to facilitate completing work orders, but make it configurable (on or off) by crew / X
