February Minutes were distributed prior to the meeting.George Borrell made a motion to accept February 2013 minutes Lori Nelson seconded. Motion passed.

Treasurer/ Budget, Sharon Puchalski

  • $28,000 in the bank (includes the CD that was cashed in)
  • Jersey fund is $20,000

  • Should end with approximately $13,000

  • Hall of Fame, George Borrell – on going. George talked to the girls Hockey Booster use the frames we purchased and we will bill them

Motions:

  • George Borrell made a motion to spend no more than $150 on team meals during sections. Joe Dalman seconded. Motion Passed
  • George Borrell made a motion to donate $75 to the Hobey Baker High School Character Award Organization (our Coaches nominated one of our players to receive this award). Brenda Schmitt seconded. MotionPassed

Miscellaneous

  • George will check into Section 5AA runner up banner
  • Need a VP to shadow George next season
  • Lori Lehman accepted the Secretary position for next season
  • Keith Schmidtke accepted the At Large position for next season
