c. Establish Petty Cash Funds

The Board of Education authorizes the School Business Executive to establish a Petty Cash Fund for the 2009-2010 school year of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) to be maintained in the District Office, a Petty Cash Fund of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) to be maintained District-wide for the school meal program, and a petty cash fund of not more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) to be maintained for the athletic program.

The Board of Education authorize the School District Treasurer or Deputy Treasurer to invest, for a period not to exceed one fiscal year, the balance of monies in any account, which is on deposit without interest, when such balance exceeds the anticipated expenditure from such account for one month, all in accordance with Section 1723 of the Education Law.

i. Revenue Anticipation Note

The Board of Education authorize the President of the Board of the Whitney Point

Central School District, the power to authorize, from time-to-time and year-to-year, the

issuance and sale of revenue anticipation notes of said school district in anticipation of

the collection of revenues to be received as state aid by said School District from the

State of New York.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Education of the Whitney Point Central School

District as follows:

Section 1. The power to authorize from time-to-time and year-to-year, the issuance and

sale of revenue anticipation notes of the Whitney Point Central School District,

including renewals thereof, in anticipation of revenues to be received by said School

District as State Aide from the Sate of New York during the fiscal year of said School

District in which such notes shall be issued, is hereby delegated to the President of the

Board of Education, Superintendent, provided, however, that such power shall also apply

to notes issued during the two weeks prior to the commencement of any fiscal year. Such

notes shall be of such terms, form and contents, as may be determined by said President

of the Board of Education, Superintendent, pursuant to and consistent with the provision

of the Local Finance Law.

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

j.Tax Anticipation Note

The Board of Education authorize the President of the Board of the Whitney Point

Central School District, the power to authorize, from time-to-time and year-to-year, the

issuance and sale of tax anticipation notes of said school district in anticipation of the

collection of real estate taxes levied to be levied.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Education of the Whitney Point Central School

District as follows:

sale of tax anticipation notes of the Whitney Point Central School District, including
