SHORTLISTING OF ARCHITECTS

I.Applications are invited from reputed and competent Architects with sound technical capabilities having experience in executing Civil, Structural, Interior, Electrical, Landscaping and other associated works etc.

The scope of work involves Construction of Office Complexincluding interior as well as other allied works, admeasuring an approx. area of 55,000 sq.ft. at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, possibly with associated housing.

The selection criteria applicable shall be as under:

  1. The Architects should have executed at least one prestigious project of similar nature/quantum of highest quality during the last three years.
  2. The Architects should have successfully executed at least one job of similar nature/quantum with project cost not less than Rs. 25 Crores during the last three years.
  3. The Architect should have an annual turn over of Rs. 5 Crores during one of the last three financial years.
  4. The Architect should eitherbe a member of Indian Institute of Architects, Maharashtra state or should be registered with Council of Architecture, New Delhi.

e.The Architects should be either based at Mumbai or should have a branch office in Mumbai.

II.Architects willing to enroll themselves are requested to send in their bio-data, giving details of similar jobs carried out, its value and time period taken for completion etc.

III.Architects are requested to send in their completed application form, which is enclosed below, together with all the relevant documents in a sealed envelope superscribed “Shortlisting of Architects for Construction of Office Complex at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai” within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement along with necessary documentary proof to:

Architects who are shortlisted will be informed in writing and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.

BPCL reserves the right to award the job in part or full for the scope of work mentioned above without assigning any reasons whatsoever thereof.

BPCL also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever thereof.
