2017 Vendor Application and Vendor Rules & Regulations

Application Deadline: Application Deadline is October 13th, 2017. Vendor spaces will be assigned at the sole discretion of the Polar Pig BBQ Coordinator.

Selection Process: The Polar Pig committee reserves the right to accept or reject entrants on the basis of the merchandise submitted.

Fees: The fee for a 12x12 Art Vendor is $50.00, 12x20Food Vendor is $100.00, 12x12 Commercial Vendor is $150.00. Space reservations are for two days; there are no one-day admissions.

No refunds will be issued

Space Assignments: Spaces are going to be located on asphalt and grass. While the Polar Pig committee makes every effort to ensure space assignments, space assignments cannot be guaranteed. The Polar Pig BBQ Committee reserves the right to modify space assignments as may be required.

All spaces are vehicle accessible for setup which you may begin on1:00pm on Friday, November 10th, 2017.

Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, displays, and lighting (gets dark early). Please do not leave behind any garbage at your booth. At the end of each day please bring your rubbish to the end of your booth for event trash pick up to receive.

Vendor Parking: Parking will be in the main parking lot of the Cabarrus Arena and Event Center. You will receive a parking pass for free parking.

Waiting List: Eligible applicants who did not receive a space assignment will be asked to join a waiting list. Available spaces will only be filled from this list.

Other Information:

  1. All exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting North Carolina State and Local Tax.
  2. There are no rain dates in case of inclement weather.
