Dear Sir or Madam,
Re: order reference STDG4/ 161212
I ordered six windows on line from your range at a total of £2,400 and was given the above order reference. I paid the 10% deposit. Your website states that the windows would be delivered and fitted within two weeks. Two months later I am still waiting for them to be delivered and fitted. I have emailed and telephoned your head office on four occasions each with no success. I am now cancelling my order with you.
I would be grateful if the 10% deposit of £240 was refunded to my Bronze card account within five working days of the date of this letter. Should this not happen, I shall have to inform my solicitor.
Yours faithfully
Sasha Korda (Mrs)

Scene:
You are waiting at a bus stop. A young man approaches you to ask you for the time. He tells you that he is going on an interview. He doesn’t want to be late. You tell him the time. He asks you about the bus service and you reply. He asks for the quickest bus route to the hospital. You are about to tell him. Someone shouts. You look. You see a car very close to the back of a lorry. You hear a loud noise. You see the front of the car in contact with the rear of the lorry and there’s a lot of smoke and shouting. Maybe people are trapped in the car. The young man tells you:-
That he’s a nurse
To call the emergency services
What do you do? What did the young man do?
A police officer asks you to give a witness statement. The police officer wants you to describe exactly what happened. What do you tell the police officer?
