  2. Learn new methods to respond to operational, strategic, and governance issues
  3. Mutual sharing of challenges, solutions, best practices, and ideas
  4. Discuss and learn about integrating Anabaptist values into organizational culture
  5. Experience a safe setting with trust and vulnerability
  6. Opportunities, through books, experts, and peers to explore new skills and practices and learn about trends impacting organizations and leaders
  7. Reflection, meditation, and learning, particularly on “soul and role” issues

  1. Covenant
  2. Participation for at least a year long period that can be renewed
  3. Attend all three face to face gatherings for the two days
  4. Affirm the code of ethics and ground rules
  5. Be slow to give advice and quick to listen rather than defend
  6. Ask questions over giving answers
  7. Fully participate in the gatherings
  8. What is said or happens in the circle stays in the circle
  9. No phone calls, texts, or emails during sessions (except for breaks)
  1. Registration and Logistics

a.The annual fee paid in one, two or three payments is $2300 and includes:

  1. Breakfast, lunch and snacks for each face to face session
  2. Facilitator
  3. Sage Resource Persons
  4. Lodging for one night for each Gathering
  5. Logistical coordination for the Circle

b.Dress is business casual (jeans welcome!)

c.Member is responsible for:

  1. Evening meal expenses
  2. Flight/car travel expenses
  3. Required readings

d.Cancellation Policy - Due to the limited number of participants in the Executive Circle, cancellations are discouraged. Following is our cancellation/refund policy:

  1. Written cancellation received more than 60 days prior to the first session - full refund may be given or full amount paid applied to the next year's program.
  2. Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to the first session - registrant will forfeit 50% of the fee for a cancellation.
  3. Cancellation after the first session - no refund will be provided
