  20. 11/11/17 is the deadline to have your athlete’s names entered on athletic.net that will compete in the championships

  39. Over the summer several meetings were held at Morley Field to chart a new course for the 2017 meet
  40. Objectives during the meeting included
  41. Both genders run the same distance
  42. Both genders run the same course
  43. The course would be used for future years
  44. The course for the 2017 meet will be posted on the CIF website
  45. The proposed course is 2.93 miles
  46. Boys and girls will run the same distance & course
  47. Vote taken to adopt the course as submitted, (14 ayes, 0 nays)
  48. Time and award schedule will follow the state meet schedules as closely as possible
  49. Adaptive/wheelchair
  50. Notify CIFSDS if you have an adaptive/wheelchair athlete that is interested in participating
  51. Food sponsor
  52. CIFSDS will have a food vendor (Somberos) at the championships
  53. Patches
  54. CIFSDS will sell patches at the championships
