Class of 2018 Senior Timeline

Reminders
* All seniors must communicate with their counselor to make sure all course requirements are complete and classes passed in order to graduate in May
* Seniors may not receive their cap/gown or graduation tickets unless all fees and fines have been paid to the treasurer.
* All seniors must pay a graduation fee of $100. This is to help supplement the rental cost of the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. Seniors will not receive their caps/gowns/announcements until this $100 is paid. This is typically paid at August registration.
* All seniors will not receive their cap/gowns/tickets until the Naviance requirements are complete and fees are paid
* All seniors will receive 10 tickets to the graduation ceremony after graduation rehearsal on May 21st. Additional tickets may be purchased for $10 each. Payment for these tickets will be made on May 21st after the graduation rehearsal is complete.
* All seniors are responsible for getting to the rehearsals. Please let your post secondary teachers and/or employers know that you must be in attendance at both the May 21st and May 22nd rehearsals.

September 12 Sr Class Ring meeting with Jostens

September 13 Boettcher Scholarship Interest Meeting
Students who qualify for this scholarship, will be notified of this meeting Jostens

September 14 Daniels Fund Scholarship Interest Meeting class rings, announcements, cap and gowns
This is open to any DSA senior

Those seniors who qualify to join, will be contacted in late August

All seniors will find out their cohort in August. These groups will rotate
into the Counseling Center during lunch to meet with the counselors.

Winter Break. You are encouraged to bring a laptop in case we run out of computers. This is for senior students only.

A copy of scholarships and grants offered (regardless of whether the student is accepting/attending) given to Mrs. Vliet. She will need a copy of the letter offering the scholarship or grant. A listing of the total amount earned for the class will be listed in the graduation program. Scholarship letters turned in after this date will not be added to the graduation program – but the money total will be added and announced on graduation night.

Miss Odom will explain how all seniors/band students will get to the Ellie for the May 22nd rehearsal
Seniors will receive their caps/gowns/tickets/NHS stoles/7 yr seniors stoles/cords etc at the conclusion of this rehearsal
If you haven’t completed the May 17th requirements, you will not receive the items listed above
