The Healthy Weight Guide consists of an interactive website as well as printed materials for those who don’t have access to the internet, and provides: information about healthy weight, physical activity and healthy eating; tips and tools to assist with setting goals and planning healthy meals and physical activity; and a registered area where users can record and track their weight and progress.
