  • The Build Group, Inc. is acting as General Contractor for the property owner, 1401 Mission Affordable, LP, and is requesting bid packages for the 1401-1415 Mission St. project.
  • The standard bid packages will be for the new construction of a 13 story high rise building in San Francisco located at 1401-1415 Mission St.

Hard Copy bids shall also be accepted if received at the below listed address no later than close of business on August 29thth, 2013. Late proposals shall NOT be considered. No exceptions.

  • A voluntary Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled forMonday, August 19th at 1:30PM at The Build Group Office (address listed above). The main conference room will be the exact location of the meeting within the building. Contract Monitoring Division Small & Local Business Enterprise Particpation Requirements:
  • The Small & Local Business Enterprise (LBE) participation goal established for this project is 25%.
  • LBE Commitment by all Sub-Trade Bidders will be considered in the award of Sub-Trade contracts for this project.
  • To claim LBE status a business must be certified by the Contract Monitoring Division.
