Town of Trinity Planning Commission Special Call MeetingJune 12, 2017
The Trinity Planning Commission Special Call meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman Woody Woodard.
Members present signed the Waiver of Notice.
Members present were Casey Willis, Susan Ledbetter, Chairman Woody Woodard, Council member Gordon Burden, Mayor Vaughn Goodwin, and Chris Lemley. Absent were Lainie Alexander and Inspector Gary Bayne.
Motion made to adopt the minutes of the meeting April 24, 2017 as presented by Mayor Goodwin with a 2nd by Gordon Burden. Voting yes were Casey, Woody, Gordon, Mayor Goodwin and Chris. Susan abstained.
Nominations for Vice Chairperson
Lainie Alexander
Motion made to appoint Lainie Alexander as Vice Chairperson by Mayor Goodwin with a 2nd by Gordon. All voted yes.
Motion to approve the request for a Certificate to Subdivide and Consolidate property of Dale and Brenda Vess located at Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of Mountain View Subdivision by Gordon with a 2nd by Chris. All voted yes.
Motion to table the request for a Certificate to Consolidate property of Bobby and Betty Sue Robinson located at 657 North Seneca Drive since additional required Certificate information has not been submitted by Gordon with a 2nd by Susan. All voted yes.
Motion made to adjourn by Mayor Goodwin with a 2nd by Susan at 6:10 p.m. All voted yes.
