Youth Dance Camp

Mark your calendar! The BCHS Tiger Dance Team will be hosting a youth dance camp on Friday, June 9th. It will be

held in the BCHS gym from 9:00am-12:30pm. The campers will put on a show at 12:00 noon to show parents what they learned during camp. This camp is for children 4 and up. All campers need to pack a lunch!

The BCHS Tiger Dancers will teach various dance skills and teach a dance routine to all campers. Awards and a door prize will also be awarded at the end of the show. Don’t miss out, come join the fun!

The pre-registered camper will receive the “Dance Package” which includes a camp t-shirt, music CD, and they will have the opportunity to perform with the Tiger Dance Team at one of their home games. Pre-registration cost is $40.00 per camper (siblings are half price @ $20) and payment must be received by June 1st. (You may also sign up at the door for $35, however, a t-shirt and CD will not be included).

In addition, as a fundraiser for the BCHS Dance Team, the dance team will be offering dance lessons during the summer and fall months ($10 per lesson) for any student who attends camp and would like to participate in the Tiny Tiger Dance Program. All campers that take lessons will have the opportunity to perform during several of the home basketball games. Find out more details about The Tiny Tiger Dance Program while at camp. Lessons are open to ages 4 and up!

There will also be auditions during camp for (Breckinridge County youth students only) who wish to audition to be on the Tiny Tiger Dance Team Competition Squad. This team will have the opportunity to compete!(You must attend the youth camp to be eligible for lessons or auditions).

As parent/guardian of the participant/camper, I hereby release Breckinridge County High School. Its employers, agents, and all representatives of any and all legal responsibilities for any injury which may occur from participation in the Tiny Tiger Dance Camp. I hereby consent to allow the camper to receive necessary emergency medical treatment. Any special medical condition should be noted on this form.
