2017 Spring Break Charter Bus
Cost: $125 Roundtrip or One Way
There will be 2 buses which will leave on Friday, March 3, 2017 and return to WVU Sunday, March 12, 2017.
Maiden Lane for boarding on the Downtown Campus.
On Evansdale campus, the bus will be on Rawley Ave, located between the ERC and Lincoln Hall.
LEAVING WVU
Bus #1 (Suffolk County)
FROM: WVU traveling to: LIE Exit 61 Park and Ride, Holbrook NY
- Friday, March 3, 2017
- Pick Up #1, from Maiden Lane/ @ 1:00 p.m.
- Pick Up #2, from Rawley Ave/ @ 1:30 p.m.
- Arrive at Exit 61 approx. 9:00 p.m.
Bus #2 (Nassau County)
FROM: WVU traveling to: Christopher Morley Park, 500 Searingtown Rd, Roslyn NY
- Friday, March 3, 2017
- Pick-up #1, from Maiden Lane/ @ 1:00 p.m.
- Pick-up #2, from Rawley Ave/ @ 1:20 p.m.
- Arrive at Christopher Morley Park approx. 8pm
RETURNING TO WVU:

- Sunday, March 12, 2017
- Students should arrive by 9:40 a.m. Buses will depart at: 10:00 am promptly.
- Drop off #1 at The Towers approx. 5:00 p.m.
- Drop off #2 at Mountainlair approx. 5:30 p.m.
*PARENTS**
PLEASE ADVISE YOUR KIDS IF ANYONE SMOKES ON THE BUS , THE DRIVER WILL PULL OVER AND CONTACT STATE POLICE. IT IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE AND THEY WILL PROSECUTE.
If the student has made other plans and will not be taking the bus, we need to know asap.
The kids should bring a sandwich, drinks, & snacks for the bus ride. Please respect the bus by throwing all garbage in a bag.
There is a bathroom on the bus but they do usually make a quick stop.
Please mark any luggage with name, address and pick up location, Downtown(Mlair) or Evansdale Campus(Towers)
